Return Policy
Due to the nature of the product, all hair sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be made after being handled or worn by the buyer. ‘Goddess Hair Affair’ is not responsible for how you maintain your hair. In the event that a mistake was made on our end, we will do our best to correct our error. If there are any issues with your order, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your order date.
Processing and Shipping Time
All payments are processed in 1-2 business days.
Wig orders are processed within 1 business day, while supplies are in stock. Custom wigs or wigs that aren't in stock can take up to 7-14 business days to ship.
Hair bundle orders are processed within 1 business day, while supplies are in stock. If not in stock, it can take up to 3-4 days.
Hair accessories orders are processed within 1 business day, while supplies are in stock. If not in stock, time may vary.
Shipping time is 1-5 business days. If you want your order faster, you can select local pick up. You will be contacted as soon as your order is complete.
Please expect possible delays during shipping times during major holidays. After orders are shipped, the post office now has possession of the order. You will receive a tracking number via email. After you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibility to track and maintain your order’s progress. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen orders. Your order will not be replaced, refunded, or exchanged. If you will not be home the day your order is scheduled to arrive, you are advised to contact your local post office to have your order held at that location.
